The Role CRA is seeking a

Senior Architect

with strong leadership skills, a solid design background, and a forward-looking curiosity for how new technologies can transform the built environment. Based in our

Turin office

, the selected candidate will work closely with partners and the design leadership team, taking responsibility for the development and management of key projects across all phases, from concept to delivery. The role includes coordinating multidisciplinary teams, overseeing clients and consultants, and contributing strategically to the studio’s creative and operational growth.

Key Responsibilities Lead and coordinate architectural projects from concept to construction. Manage multidisciplinary teams and liaise with clients, consultants, and partners. Support strategic and design development across the office, fostering innovation and high design standards. Contribute to the long-term vision of the practice and its evolving organization.

Requirements Education & Experience Master’s degree in Architecture, Landscape Architecture, or Urban Design. Minimum 6–8 years of experience in international architecture or design offices. Proven experience in project management and team leadership.

Skills Strong conceptual, graphic, and technical skills. Excellent communication and organizational abilities. Fluent in written and spoken English; Italian or other languages are a plus.

Software Proficient in: AutoCAD, Rhino, Adobe Suite, Microsoft Office. Desirable: Revit, Grasshopper, V-Ray, or coding skills.

Nice to Have Knowledge of CRA’s work and vision is considered a strong asset.
