As Senior Compliance Investigator, you will lead global investigations to protect integrity and ethics across regions. You’ll support a whistleblowing program, manage end-to-end case workflows, and collaborate with Legal, HR, and Internal Audit to implement corrective actions. • Conduct global investigations in line with laws, regulations and internal policies
• Manage end‑to‑end investigation workflow including intake, strategy, plans, interviews and evidence review
• Maintain confidential case management records and update case registry
• Present findings to management and stakeholders as needed
• Collaborate with Legal, HR, Internal Audit to propose corrective actions
• Support process improvements, templates, and data analytics for investigations
• Lead training and awareness campaigns to promote a speak‑up culture
• Monitor regulatory changes related to whistleblowing and investigations
• Mentor junior investigators and contribute to team development

Responsabilità

• 7+ years of experience in compliance, legal, audit or related roles with investigation experience
• Bachelor's or Advanced degree in Law, Business, Ethics, Compliance, or related field
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and critical thinking skills with business and financial acumen
• Organized, reliable, discreet with strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to influence and operate within a cross‑cultural context
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with case management tools; data analytics a plus
• Fluency in English; additional languages a plus
