Reveal, a leader in the body-worn video technology market, is experiencing rapid growth across Italy. As the adoption of our solutions expands, we are seeking an experienced and dynamic Account Executive to drive sales performance, growth our customer based, develop strategic reseller relationships, and spearhead market expansion efforts in Italy.This role will focus on sourcing leads, managing current relationships, and growing our reseller/ customers network, while also contributing directly to key Account Executive initiatives across Italy. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in international channel sales, exceptional negotiation and communication skills, and a strategic mindset aligned with fast-paced, high-growth environments.This role plays an important part in supporting Reveal’s mission to deliver trusted, high-quality solutions that make the world safer.
LinkedIn, networking, referrals, cold calling) and following up of internal leads from marketing campaigns.Identifying client needs and suggesting appropriate products/services.Supporting existing resellers.Ensuring CRM (Salesforce.Actively engaging in major sales opportunities as an individual contributor, supporting key deals through to closure.We encourage continuous professional development and support learning through on-the-job experience, feedback and access to relevant training opportunities. Native / Fluent Italian speaker (in addition to English).~ Strong written and verbal communication skills with a flair for producing high quality written content for sales and marketing purposes.~ Strong emotional intelligence, including self-awareness, empathy and sound judgement.
Technical background with a good appreciation of IT software and hardware.Ability to speak additional languages (Spanish/ German/ French).Experience in sales to Public Sector and Private Sector including law enforcement, security, transport, retail and healthcare.Familiar with Salesforce & Gong.
