The Opportunit

yWe’re partnering with a global leader in battery and energy storage technology, scaling rapidly across the European market. As part of their continued growth, they’re hiring a Senior Sales Manager to drive the commercial expansion of their utility-scale energy storage business across Italy and the wider Southern European region

.This is a high-impact role joining a fast-moving, ambitious business at a defining moment for the energy transition - with Italy positioned as one of Europe’s most active and fast-growing BESS markets

.What You’ll Be Doin

g• Developing the energy storage business across Italy and the wider Southern European market, driving top-line sales growt

h• Leading commercial contract and price negotiations throughout project bidding processe

s• Owning quotation preparation, pricing structures, and coordinating with project and cross-functional teams internall

y• Managing customer sample requirements, quotations, and order follow-up to deliver against annual target

s• Day-to-day customer relationship management - visits, technical discussions, account developmen

tWhat We’re Looking Fo

r• Bachelor’s degree or above; international trade or technical/science background preferre

d• Proven sales experience in energy storage, new energy vehicles, or related industrie

s• Strong commercial instincts - comfortable negotiating high-value B2B deal

s• Excellent communication skills, business etiquette, and leadership presenc

e• A genuine drive to win - entrepreneurial mindset, competitive, achievement-oriente

d• Fluent English AND Italian - both require

d• Willingness to travel frequentl

y• Overseas work experience or experience with Chinese / Asian companies is a strong plu
