Essential Responsibilities

Support concurrent engineering activities with design engineers and/or the customer

Define tooling/router design effort between external suppliers and Avio Aero Manufacturing Engineering

Drive suppliers of tooling through all steps from concept to functional test and validation

Manage design and process reviews to monitor the status of industrialization and improvement plans for the assigned part number

Support operating personnel during the production of the first batch

Manage technical validation in accordance with internal procedures

Identify process optimizations to be implemented

Support Customer Quality Engineering for anomaly reports submitted to the Customer and sustain Customer review of the proposed improvement plan

Bring new ideas and positive support to the current process

Develop and consolidate best practices and standards for manufacturing

Qualifications / Requirements

Master's degree in Engineering from an accredited university/college or a Bachelor's degree with relevant work experience

Previous experience in production/manufacturing domain

Fluent in Italian and English

Work visa compliant with local regulations
