We are partnering with a high-growth AI scale-up that is redefining how enterprises adopt and scale AI.
Founded by proven entrepreneurs (previous $500M+ exit), the company has built a platform that enables organisations to design and deploy custom AI solutions in days rather than months. Having scaled quickly the last year the business is now expanding across EMEA and US, with a clear ambition to become a category-defining player in enterprise AI.
Strategic Account Executive
This is a greenfield enterprise sales role where you will be responsible for building a market from scratch.
You will:
Own the full sales cycle (prospecting → close → expansion) Focus on net new enterprise customers
Engage with senior stakeholders (C-level, IT, business leaders) Drive complex, multi-stakeholder deals
Sell tailored AI solutions, not off-the-shelf software
This is not a traditional SaaS role, it requires a consultative, solution-led approach.
What you’ll be doing
Build and execute your own go-to-market strategy
Generate and develop pipeline (strong outbound component) Lead complex enterprise sales processes
Work closely with technical teams to shape solutions
Drive pilot → enterprise rollout → expansion
What we’re looking for 8+ years in enterprise SaaS / platform sales
Proven track record with: €1M+ quota, Complex enterprise deals
Strong new business / hunter mentality
Experience selling: Data platforms / AI / infrastructure / technical SaaS
Ability to operate in: Fast-paced, ambiguous environments & Strong confidence and ownership mindset
Fluent in Italian
Based in Italy

Experience in AI / ML environments
Background in early-stage or scale-up companies
