To strengthen our team in Milan, we are looking for highly motivated and talented Strategy Consultants to join our dynamic and international environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver national and international consulting projects across a broad range of industries
• Lead complex projects in the areas of Strategy and Organisation, working closely with interdisciplinary teams at client sites
• Advise clients in developing sustainable competitive advantages through innovative strategic and organisational solutions
• Design deployment roadmaps and support clients throughout the implementation phase, ensuring measurable and sustainable bottom-line impact

Your Profile

• Successfully completed degree in Economics, Engineering or an equivalent education, MBA is a preferred requirement
• 4 or plus years of experience in a leading management consulting company
• Language proficiency in Italian and English are mandatory as well as a very good knowledge of German and/or French
• Excellent presentation and communication skills
• Entrepreneurial spirit and enthusiasm for changes
• Team spirit and flexibility

This role requires a a full willingness to travel, with 80% of time spent on client sites.
