Responsibilities
- Deliver professional training on excavator hydraulic systems, electrical systems, engine & whole machine for local dealers and customers in Italy.
- Troubleshoot complex hydraulic & electrical failures on site and guide local technicians.
- Develop training materials (PPT, manuals, fault cases) in English/Italian.
- Cooperate with HQ R&D & service team to feedback European market issues.
Requirements
- 3+ years hands-on experience in excavator hydraulic & electrical system maintenance/training.
- Deep knowledge of main pump, control valve, CAN bus, ECU, sensors and diagnostic tools.
- Ability to read hydraulic & electrical schematics independently.
- Fluent in English;
Italian language is a strong plus. - Strong communication & cross-cultural skills, willing to work in Italy.
