Role Summary Santa Maria La Nave – Hospitality & Wine Experience Assistant Mount Etna, Sicily Santa Maria La Nave is a family‑owned boutique winery on Mount Etna, dedicated to extreme high‑altitude viticulture and the preservation of the volcano's extraordinary biodiversity. Responsibilities

Develop quality documentation for the winery's operations. Monitor quality KPIs and prepare reports. Assist with financial statement review and reclassification.

Qualifications

Education: Degree in Food Science and Technology. Experience: Minimum 3 years in a similar role, preferably within the dry fruits sector. Language: Proficient English (mandatory). Strong organizational skills.
