Responsibilities
- Financial Systems and Compliance Management: (1) Lead the development of overseas financial systems, accounting processes, and internal control frameworks to ensure alignment with group standards; (2) Oversee comprehensive budget preparation, tracking, and analysis; (3) Manage tax planning, filing, and compliance across multiple overseas regions, lead responses to audits and inspections, and establish financial risk early-warning mechanisms.
- Financial Digitalization and Reporting: (1) Drive digital transformation and multilingual configuration of overseas financial systems (e.g., SAP); (2) Coordinate the preparation of consolidated financial statements and multidimensional management reports to support decision-making; (3) Lead or assist in specialized tasks such as annual audits, BOI audits, and transfer pricing reports.
- Cash Management and Project Support: (1) Oversee overseas cash planning, allocation, and cross-border cash pool management; (2) Monitor and improve subsidiary cash flows, and coordinate collection efforts for overdue receivables; (3) Lead financial due diligence and transaction structuring for major investment, financing, and M&A projects.
- Internal and External Collaboration: (1) Serve as the financial liaison, closely collaborating with business, IT, HR, and other departments; (2) Represent the finance function in engagements with external parties including investment banks, law firms, accounting firms, and government agencies.
Qualifications
- Basic Requirements: (1) Bachelor's degree or higher in finance, accounting, or related fields; (2) Over 5 years of financial experience, including at least 3 years in overseas financial management within large manufacturing or group enterprises, with proven success in building an overseas financial system from scratch; (3) Must possess local nationality/work authorization, fluent in Italian and Chinese; preference given to candidates with overseas study or work experience.

Professional Knowledge: (1) Familiarity with local accounting standards and tax laws in Italy; (2) Proficiency in Chinese Accounting Standards (CAS) and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS); (3) Priority given to candidates holding CPA, ACCA, or equivalent international qualifications.
- 3. Core Competencies: (1) Excellent strategic financial planning, complex financial modeling, and business analysis capabilities; (2) High sensitivity and systematic risk prevention skills in financial, tax, and foreign exchange risks for multinational operations; (3) Proficiency in core ERP systems such as SAP, capable of leading and driving the implementation of financial digitalization projects; (4) Strong cost management experience.
