Job ID: 10383227 | Amazon Web Services, Inc.This role is a Demand Generation Representative within Amazon Web Services’ Cloud Sales Center (CSC) team. You will unlock growth potential for new and existing AWS customers, driving high-volume prospecting, lead qualification, and opportunity generation across assigned territories.Key job responsibilitiesCollaborate with sales team members to define opportunities, conduct demonstrations, discovery, and qualification.Leverage product knowledge and internal resources to meet customers’ technical and business needs.Meet all input and output goals: contacts sourced, leads qualified, customer calls completed, meetings scheduled, and opportunities created.Drive net‑new business through outbound campaigns and qualifying inbound opportunities from marketing and partner channels.Expand services breadth within existing customer base through account planning and territory management.Track activity and develop pipeline using Salesforce and self‑service reporting tools.Innovate new and creative ways to engage with new customers and expand on existing relationships.Understand each customer’s technology footprint, technical challenges, and business objectives.Basic QualificationsExperience in IT sales.Ability to navigate prospective accounts from email to senior executive level to identify new opportunities.Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.Preferred QualificationsSales or equivalent certification.Experience using Salesforce.Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications.Amazon is an equal‑opportunity employer that does not discriminate on the basis of protected veteran status, disability, or other legally protected status.
