CO On-Road Svc Lead - 6 months contract, Central Operations

This is a temporary role for 6 months.

EUCO On-Road Services is looking for a Lead to support ongoing and upcoming projects. This position offers an exciting opportunity to make history and become a member of a team whose purpose is to solve complex challenges and create process solutions.

The successful candidate should be able to communicate efficiently with different stakeholders, as the role requires proactive written and verbal communication with other departments and external stakeholders.

The position offers fixed work schedules (morning, afternoon, night or central shift), with rotating rest days throughout the week.

Key job responsibilities

• Be an active player on daily escalations
• Support different CO processes (metrics deep dive and projects)
• Identify root causes of deviation, via cause and effect analysis
• Drive process improvements and develop team members’ ability to keep pace with our rapid growth, while motivating others
• Review and analyze deviations data, followed by development of corresponding action plans to reduce future deviations
• Ensure KPIs are reviewed daily, weekly, or monthly and perform control and quality analysis on any processes that are impacting the quality performance
• Collaborate with all department managers to identify and understand key projects, initiatives and system enhancements

A day in the life

This position is office-based. This role is a Fixed Term Contract for 6 months.

Basic Qualifications

• Knowledge of advanced English at CEFR level B2/C1
• Relevant experience in analytical tasks or projects, working with data
• Relevant experience working with the MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with automation and any version control tools, or experience in software development and experience in managing and troubleshooting network
• Experience in SQL or programming
• Experience in program management, logistics, operations, supply chain, transportation, or equivalent
