Experteer Overview

In this role, you drive the adoption of new technologies and digital initiatives within the GCAP Joint Venture. You will help design and implement a change management framework, work with cross‑functional teams, and develop training and communications to ensure successful rollout. You will measure adoption and sustainment, mitigating change risks while building reusable templates for future projects. This is a hands‑on position with a clear impact on Digital Information initiatives and technology delivery. Retribuzione / Benefits

Support development of a comprehensive business change management framework for rollouts Assist in implementing change management strategies for the Digital Information function and technology deployments Execute change management activities: impact assessments, communications, and training delivery Measure adoption and other success metrics, intervene to stay on track Build a library of change management templates and artefacts Design and publish training materials (guides, FAQs, videos, intranet content) Develop and execute stakeholder communication plans Identify and mitigate change management risks (e.g., user resistance) Stay current with IT change management frameworks and standards Responsabilità

2+ years' experience in change management, technology adoption or training within IT Ability to create engaging change management content across formats Ability to define and measure success of change management activities Analytical mindset to assess risks and design interventions Strong organisational skills to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders Fluent English (written and spoken)
