Experteer Overview
In this role you will manage the SimCorp Data Warehouse and related financial databases to support investment reporting for clients and top management. You will bridge business needs with IT, translating requirements into implementable solutions and driving data quality and automation initiatives. You will work with cross-functional teams to ensure timely, accurate reporting and analytics across markets and products. This is an impact role shaping data-driven decision making in asset management at Generali.

Manage multiple projects and coordinate with colleagues across Generali Asset Management functions
Gather and formalize business requirements for IT implementations
Provide business analysis and design support for SimCorp Data Warehouse and related financial databases
Manage business-IT relationships for evolutions and issue resolution
Ensure design and implementation of solutions meet business needs
Monitor day-to-day project tasks and prepare progress reports
Perform in-depth data analysis to identify and fix data quality issues
Propose enhancements and explore automation and innovation opportunities
Responsabilità
Master Degree in Business/Finance or Computer Science/Engineering (or equivalent)
3–5 years experience in Data management or Finance
Strong knowledge of capital markets and financial instruments
Experience in financial data analysis and algorithm implementation (preferred)
Strong analytical and reporting skills
Good programming skills with advanced Excel and MS Office
Knowledge of database query language (SQL) is a plus
Knowledge of SimCorp Dimension and/or Neoxam DataHub is a plus
Fluency in English and Italian (plus second foreign language)
