In this role you lead the Automotive and R&D Engineering business, with global P&L responsibility, and drive growth across adjacent ER&D verticals. You will position DXC as a software system integrator and co-creator of smart products, leveraging IP and partnerships. You’ll lead a large, distributed team and build executive relationships to shape strategy and execution. Hold full P&L accountability for Automotive and R&D Engineering globally, focusing on sustainable growth, margins, and delivery quality Lead go-to-market strategy for the Automotive portfolio and expand into Manufacturing, Consumer Electronics, Aerospace, and Logistics verticals Position DXC as a software system integrator and ER&D partner using IP, partnerships, and engineering excellence Foster a high-growth, high-performance culture across a global team and attract/retain top talent Build and deepen executive relationships with OEMs, Tier 1 suppliers, and enterprise clients at C-level and engineering leadership Champion cross-selling and solution integration across DXC offerings to broaden client value Uphold DXC heritage of quality, innovation, and transformation across engagements Act as a thought leader in Automotive and ER&D markets in industry forums, client engagements, and partner discussions Enhance the firm’s global footprint through cross-geography collaboration and practice integration Responsabilità

Proven general manager with a strong commercial track record in engineering services, ER&D, or product engineering Deep knowledge of the Automotive industry; openness to adjacent smart product industries Established automotive ecosystem network and credibility to engage C-levels Proven ability to build and manage a complex, multi-year P&L with diverse client portfolio Experience in matrixed organizations requiring collaboration and stakeholder alignment Track record of organizational transformation and leading distributed teams Ambidextrous leadership: strategic, operational, and commercially driven Ability to articulate and sell value of software system integration, embedded engineering, and smart product development Experience attracting and developing senior talent in a high-performance, multicultural environment Exceptional communication and executive presence in complex sales and client scenarios
