Experteer Overview
In this role you will lead the evolution of user experience across the client’s digital platforms, ensuring consistency, quality and scalability. You’ll bridge product, tech and regulatory teams to translate fintech complexity into intuitive interfaces. You shape a user‑centric culture, strengthen the UX function within product development, and drive measurable improvements in engagement and usability. This is a senior, strategic position at a growth‑focused fintech environment shaping digital wallets and tokenisation platforms.

Define and drive the overall UX vision aligned with the product roadmap
Ensure consistency across mobile, web, and tokenisation platforms
Establish a user‑centered approach using research, testing and data
Lead and develop the two UX resources and set priorities and standards
Collaborate with technology, product and compliance to translate complex requirements into clear user flows
Balance user experience with security and regulatory constraints in decision making
Oversee and evolve a scalable design system
Monitor KPIs on engagement, retention and friction in critical journeys
Foster continuous improvement through testing and performance measurement
Responsabilità
Proven UX/Product Design experience with increasing responsibility
Experience designing mobile and web apps for large user bases
Familiarity with fintech environments (digital wallets, crypto‑assets, tokenisation, regulated services)
Experience leading UX/UI teams in lean structures
Ability to design and maintain scalable design systems
Data‑driven mindset focused on performance and optimization
Degree in Design, Engineering, Digital Business/Economics or related disciplines
Fluent in English (written and spoken)
