Experteer Overview In this role you serve as the primary HR partner for the Trento plant, guiding managers on labor law, performance, development, and day-to-day people matters. You’ll coordinate with regional and global Co E teams to execute HR processes and initiatives at the plant level. You will maintain compliant labor relations with the Workers Council and use HR data to drive improvements in people and business performance. You’ll contribute to global and local HR projects, including transformation programs like HR Next, ensuring alignment with plant needs. Retribuzione / Benefits Act as the main HR contact for plant managers and provide strategic and operational HR guidance Collaborate with regional and global Co E teams to implement HR processes and initiatives at plant level Maintain a constructive, compliant relationship with the Workers Council and support negotiations Analyze HR KPIs and workforce data to identify trends and suggest actions to improve performance Contribute to global/local HR projects and transformations (e.g., HR Next) for smooth implementation Support labor law compliance and effective people management practices Responsabilità 8‑10 years of HR experience (HR Specialist/HRBP) Manufacturing/industrial environment experience with plant-level HR processes Strong knowledge of labor law and experience with Workers Council Experience working with regional/global Co E teams (Talent, Performance, Total Rewards, HRIT, Culture) Fluency in English and ability to operate in international HR setup Strong interpersonal, analytical mindset, independence, growth mindset, able to support transformation without direct reports Requisiti fondamentali salary 50,000–55,000 EUR (RAL) bonus based on corporate criteria personal and career development opportunities #J-18808-Ljbffr
