HR Director (MV – HR – 26)The candidate will lead the people strategy to enable business performance and sustainable growth. As a member of the management team, the role ensures that structure, culture, and capabilities support current and future business needs.
The main responsibilities will be:- Define and execute the HR strategy aligned with business objectives
- Build a high‑performing culture that feels authentically Italian while remaining deeply rooted in the company’s global identity
- Drive workforce and succession planning to secure future competencies
- Support and challenge leadership as a strategic HR partner
- Ensure effective talent attraction, development, and retention
- Lead organisational development and digital transformation
- Ensure compliant and efficient HR operations (labor law, industrial relations, payroll, compensation & benefits)
- Lead, coach and develop the HR and Health & Safety teams
- Promote a safe, high‑performance, and values‑driven culture
- Higher education in HR, Business, or equivalent experience
- Senior HR leadership experience in a complex organisation
- Expertise in managing labour relations and union dynamics
- Strong business understanding (B2B/industrial environment preferred)
- Fluent in English and Italian
Workplace: Trento, with required availability to travel within Italy and occasionally attend international meetings.
