Delivery Analyst /strong to join our European IT organization. /ppIn this role, you will analyze strongIT services cost and delivery models /strong using a structured, activity‑based approach. You will work with strongservice catalogs, statements of work, architecture documentation and operational data /strong to understand how IT services are designed, delivered and supported, and to assess related labor and operating costs. /ppYou will apply established strongIT Service Management (ITSM) /strong and financial governance principles to support cost optimization initiatives, sourcing decisions and service convergence, collaborating closely with internal teams and external service providers in a global environment. /ppDepending on business needs and individual background, positions may cover different IT service domains such as strongApplication Services, End‑User Services and Digital Services /strong. /ppbr/ppstrongYour key responsibilities /strong /ppbr/pulliAnalyze IT service cost estimates for new initiatives and ongoing services, including early‑phase assessments and detailed strongbottom‑up should‑cost models /strong /liliProvide cost transparency and input during IT solution design to support financial, performance and service level targets /liliSupport sourcing, vendor selection and vendor management activities through the analysis of supplier proposals, rate cards and managed service fees /liliContribute to strongbenchmarking and value optimization /strong initiatives through regular service cost reviews in steady‑state operations /liliCollaborate with global IT teams, service owners, finance partners and external service providers /liliDeliver global cost comparisons and delivery model analyses in coordination with IT Finance and Service Management communities /li /ulpbr/ppstrongYour profile /strong /ppstrongRequired qualifications /strong /pulliBachelor’s degree in strongInformation Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business /strong or a related field /liliMinimum strong5 years of experience /strong in IT services or consulting environments /liliStrong strongEnglish communication skills /strong, written and spoken /liliAbility to manage multiple services or initiatives with different levels of complexity /liliProficiency in strongMicrosoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word /strong /liliComfortable working across strongglobal teams and organizational layers /strong /liliExperience with strongIT service costing models /strong and chargeback/showback frameworks /liliFamiliarity with strongIT Service Management (ITIL‑based environments) /strong /liliBackground in strongInfrastructure, Cloud Services, Application Support or Cybersecurity /strong /liliExperience in strongIT vendor management or strategic sourcing /strong activities /liliKnowledge of strongTechnology Business Management (TBM) /strong or IT financial management practices /li /ulpbr/ppWhy join Stellantis? /ppYou will operate at the intersection of strongIT, finance and service delivery /strong, with visibility across a complex global IT ecosystem.
