pWe are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated strongJunior Healthcare Consultant /strong to join our team.

/ppbr/ppThe candidate will support Senior Consultants and Managers in the development and operational oversight of healthcare projects in MENA region. The role offers exposure to international healthcare projects, combining project management, operational support, analysis, and coordination activities. The ideal candidate has a good understanding of healthcare systems and organizational structures, and is comfortable working in multicultural and complex environments. /ppbr/ppstrongKey Responsibilities: /strong /pulliSupport Senior Consultants and Managers in the planning, coordination and execution of healthcare projects in MENA region. Assist in project management and operational activities, including monitoring timelines, deliverables, and key project milestones. /liliConduct in-depth research and analysis on healthcare systems, policies, and market trends. /liliEngage with internal and external stakeholders to understand challenges and provide tailored solutions to address operational, clinical, and financial objectives. /liliAssist in designing and implementing consulting projects such as, but not limited to: healthcare transformation initiatives, workforce development plan, digital health integration, and clinical governance improvements. /liliParticipate in stakeholder meetings, workshops, and interviews to gather insights and foster strong client relationships. /liliSupport in market analysis, feasibility studies, proposal development, benchmarking exercises, and business plan preparation for healthcare projects. /li /ulpbr/ppstrongQualifications: /strong /pullistrongEducation /strong: Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, Engineering, Public Health, Health Sciences or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus. /lilistrongExperience /strong: Experience in consulting (preferably in healthcare advisory) or related fields is a plus. /li /ulpbr/ppstrongRequirements /strong: /pullistrongThe role requires on-site presence at project location in MENA region /strong, working closely with local teams and international stakeholders to ensure effective project implementation. /liliAnalytical and problem-solving abilities. /liliProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word), with the ability to prepare structured presentations, reports, data analyses. /liliCommunication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse stakeholders. /liliSolid organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. /liliProficiency in strongEnglish and Italian, Arabic is a plus /strong. /li /ulpbr/ppstrongJob venue: /strong /pullistrongMilan, Italy – Full-time, on-site position /strong (no remote working). The primary work location will be Milan, Italy. Availability for frequent business travel, particularly within the strongMENA region /strong, is required to support and monitor international projects. /li /ulpbr/ppstrongContract Type /strong /pulliFixed-term employment contract (6 months), with the possibility of conversion to a permanent contract upon successful completion of the initial employment period and positive performance evaluation. /liliGross Annual Salary (RAL) ranging from strong€25,000 to €35,000 /strong, depending on the candidate's experience, qualifications, and overall profile. /li /ul
