From land identification to technical design, through permitting to EPC contracting, VOLT Infrastructure's development team plays a key role in the success of each and every project we undertake. /ppbr/ppbr/ppstrongAbout the Role /strong /ppbr/ppbr/ppFor our office in Rome, we are looking for a Land Acquisition Manager who is passionate about energy transition issues. /ppbr/ppbr/ppstrongResponsibilities /strong /ppbr/ppbr/pulliIdentify new business opportunities for Solar PV/BESS projects. /liliConvert inbound leads - Driving the advancement of each project opportunity by leading all necessary steps in the process (both internal and external). /liliEnsure economic viability of opportunities. /liliDevelop and maintain sales pipeline through CRM system. /liliNegotiate contracts and agreements with clients and partners. /liliEffectively and professionally develop and manage relationships with external stakeholders. /li /ulpbr/p pstrongQualifications /strong /ppbr/ppbr/pulliAt least 3-5 years of experience in green field development and authorisation of renewable energy projects, preferably solar PV, in Italy. /liliProfessional level English and Italian fluency. /liliGood IT skills, able to use Microsoft packages. /liliExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to network, build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders. /liliStrategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. /liliResults-driven, self-motivated and able to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. /liliInformed on key market developments and industry news/events to quickly identify business opportunities. /liliWilling to travel and holds a full Italian driving licence. /li /ulpbr/p pstrongPreferred Skills /strong /ppbr/ppbr/pulliGood knowledge of project authorisation procedures (AU / PAUR/ VIA / PUA/ PAS /etc). /liliFamiliarity with grid connection procedures (HV/MV) from application to commissioning. /li /ulpbr/p pstrongPay range and compensation package /strong /ppbr/ppbr/ppFull-time, open-ended contract, ticket restaurant and incentive system for achieving assigned targets with consequent variable remuneration. /ppbr/ppbr/ppstrongEqual Opportunity Statement /strong /ppbr/ppbr/ppWorking at VOLT means having a wide range of career possibilities.
