Job Purpose:
The Production Planner is responsible for developing realistic production plans for the assigned vehicles and ensuring the timely availability of the new components to meet production schedules.
Responsabilities:
Material Procurement: schedules and supplier orders, delivery monitoring, critical sourcing management, transportation requests.
Production planning: create realistic production plans based on available resources, constraints, machine and assembly line capacity, and material availability.
Supplier Account Management - shipping of materiel, planning and acquisition of finished components, inventory management and monitoring.
MRP Management: exception control, stock monitoring, delivery verification, discrepancies reporting, stock adjustments, contract verification and orders.
CID Management: ensure the right introduction (phase-in/phase-out) of new components in terms of supplier orders, inventory and obsolescence, production requirements and orders.
KPI Management: supplier performance and production planning adherence monitoring.
Required skills:
Bachelor's degree in Management Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
Minimum 3 years of logistics/supply chain experience
Experience in supplier management and production planning
SAP knowledge (MM, PP)
English fluent, German (desired, not mandatory)
