AWS Infrastructure Services designs, plans, delivers and operates all AWS global infrastructure. We support data centers and the servers, storage, networking, power, and cooling equipment that keep customers connected to the Amazon Web Services ecosystem.
We are seeking a Senior Product Manager – Technical for the AWS Boost team. In this role you will own the end‑to‑end product lifecycle for technical features that support thousands of data‑center technicians and the global AWS infrastructure.
Key job responsibilities
- Define and own product strategy, vision and roadmap for technical products/features.
- Lead product discussions with executives and stakeholders regarding vision, goals and priorities.
- Drive operational planning and business reviews (OP1/QBR/MBR).
- Make data‑driven decisions to influence technical priorities and business strategy.
- Partner with engineering teams to evaluate technical feasibility and architectural decisions.
- Assess impact of emerging technologies on product features and use cases.
- Identify and address technical limitations that affect product scale, performance or innovation.
- Collaborate with senior/principal engineers on complex technical decisions.
- Work backwards from customer needs to define clear product requirements.
- Lead market research and usability studies to validate product decisions.
- Drive constructive dialogue between business stakeholders and engineering teams.
- Make trade‑offs between time, effort and features.
- Establish and track meaningful metrics to measure product success.
- Create clear product documentation, specifications and strategic narratives.
- Develop product materials and training content for sales and technical teams.
- Establish and simplify processes to ensure product meets customer needs.
- Create mechanisms for measuring and reporting product performance.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree.
- Experience owning and driving roadmap strategy and definition.
- Experience delivering features and managing trade‑offs of a product.
- Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy.
- Experience managing technical products or online services.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with analytical tools, such as Tableau, Qlikview or QuickSight.
- Experience building and driving adoption of new tools.

The base salary range for this position is 151,200.00 – 204,600.00 USD annually. Amazon also offers a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, 401(k) matching, paid time off, and parental leave.
