Key Job Responsibilities
In this role, you will work directly with customers, engineering teams, and operational stakeholders to define Leo service offerings via expertly crafted working‑backwards and business‑requirements documents that can be translated into product and engineering deliverables. You will collaborate in a fast‑paced environment, interact with highly technical cross‑functional teams, and lead executive‑level reviews. You must dive deep into data, provide strong business judgment, and implement subscription lifecycle models with appropriate KPIs for different customer segments. Ideal candidates possess a deep understanding of customer needs for modern telecommunication services and have demonstrated business and operational experience within high‑scale fixed, wireless, and satellite telecommunications services targeting consumer and enterprise verticals.
Export Control Requirement
Due to applicable export control laws and regulations, candidates must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident (i.e., current Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
- Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
- Experience managing technical products or online services
- Experience representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive‑level prioritization and planning
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in using analytical tools such as Tableau, Qlikview, QuickSight
- Experience building and driving adoption of new tools

Location: Redmond, WA, USA | Salary: $151,200.00 – $204,600.00 USD annually
