Ring is looking for a Sr. Technical Program Manager to deliver cross‑functional programs and lead the growth of business across multiple sales channels and geographies. In this role, you will be a highly visible leader who owns communication, coordination, and execution of full‑life‑cycle programs. You will engage with senior product and engineering leaders to define and drive the execution of roadmaps, plan for dependencies, budget for and secure resources to ensure the meeting of agreed‑upon deliverables and timelines. You will define processes that improve teamwork, communication, collaboration, and commitment across multiple disparate groups with competing priorities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead multiple, complex cross‑functional initiatives simultaneously from initiation through delivery, anticipating bottlenecks, providing escalation management, and communicating status broadly across all levels.
  • Make tradeoffs while balancing business needs with technical constraints.
  • Work closely with product and engineering teams to define near‑term and long‑term product roadmaps.
  • Create mechanisms to drive timely, accurate, and comprehensive project execution, eliminate obstacles, drive issue resolution, and ensure deliverables and timelines are met. Drive continuous improvement efforts to improve delivery mechanisms over time.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to the product and engineering teams.

Basic Qualifications

  • 5+ years of technical product or program management experience.
  • 7+ years of experience working directly with engineering teams.
  • 5+ years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams.
  • Experience managing programs across cross‑functional teams, building processes, and coordinating release schedules.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience defining KPIs/SLA’s used to drive multi‑million dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership.

The base salary range for this position is $148,700.00 – $201,200.00 USD annually. Your Amazon package will include sign‑on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
