Experteer Overview
In this role you will develop long-term relationships with data center clients and consulting engineers across EMEA to grow the HVAC solutions pipeline. You will articulate JCI offerings, influence specifications, and drive account strategies to become the preferred supplier. You will collaborate across regional and global teams to maximize orders, ensure customer satisfaction, and meet quarterly quotas. This position blends hunter instincts with strategic account management in a global, cross‑functional environment.
Retribuzione / Benefits
Build and manage relationships with data center customers and consulting engineers to influence design and specifications
Develop and execute Account Management Plans to grow account share across JCI HVAC offerings
Drive specifications toward the full spectrum of JCI HVAC solutions and achieve BoD/BoS influence
Collaborate with regional offices, global products, and other JCI teams to pursue projects
Manage pre-bid, bid, and post-bid processes to support successful delivery and customer satisfaction
Provide feedback to management on customer perception, competitive moves, and market trends
Educate and support consultant engineers to influence customer specifications
Deliver regular cadence of visits, QBRs, and on-site/virtual meetings with customers
Responsabilità
Bachelor degree in Mechanical, Engineering, or Business, or proven HVAC sales track record in B2B
Ability to work consultatively to influence customer decisions
Experience working in a matrix environment as an individual contributor
Based in/around the FLAP-D markets
Willingness to travel 25–50% within EMEA
Valid EU/UK driving license
Fluent in English
