Application Support Specialist – TrakCare (Healthcare Technology Company)

A healthcare technology company is seeking an Application Support Specialist to provide application expertise for their TrakCare product. The role involves supporting various healthcare organizations and ensuring smooth, timely deployment and ongoing support across environments.

Responsibilities include diagnosing and resolving issues, coordinating with customers, and contributing to product improvement. The specialist will provide hands‑on expertise across support, redeployment, and configuration.

Application Manager – Vicenza Office

We're recruiting an Application Manager to manage the application perimeter assigned to our Vicenza office. The candidate will be the sole reference for the assigned application perimeter and must ensure operational continuity, support and maintain system reliability, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.

Position: IT Support Specialist

Mission: Ensure the correct IT support for the business.

Responsibilities: Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues involving network connectivity, email clients, teleconference systems, and other IT infrastructure components.

IT Application Specialist
