Urban Italian Group is opening two brands, Basta and Lola Maria, in Oslo. As Bar Manager you will set up and lead a smooth, high-performing bar operation from day one, training teams, ensuring drinks are delivered with consistency and pace, and shaping the energy across both venues. You will bring hands-on leadership, strong drinks knowledge and pride in quality, speed and presentation. The role requires flexibility to work across two openings and collaborate with GMs and front-of-house teams.
