Footwear Engineer: Design-to-Production Tech Lead

Diadora is seeking an experienced Footwear Engineer to serve as the technical bridge between Design, Product Development, and Production. Based in the Montebelluna area, you will work cross-functionally with Product, Quality, and Innovation teams to turn concepts into high-performance products that meet cost and quality targets. You will drive product engineering from prototype through production, ensuring technical integrity and alignment with Diadora's standards.
