You will guide a multicultural team to secure product quality from development through market feedback, aligning R&D, Operations, suppliers, and manufacturing partners to uphold high standards.You will plan and supervise testing, quality control, and corrective actions, driving data-based improvements and supplier performance across Europe and Asia.
