The Role
We are seeking a Junior to Mid-Junior Patent Attorney (part-qualified up to 5 years PQE) with a background in Mechanical Engineering, Electronics, Physics, or a related technical field.
Key Responsibilities
Client Advisory & Relationship Management:
Serve as a direct point of contact for clients, providing clear, strategic advice on patentability and IP protection.
Drafting & Prosecution:
Draft high-quality patent applications and prosecute them through to grant before the UIBM, EPO, and WIPO.
Prior Art Searching:
Conduct freedom-to-operate (FTO) analyses and patentability searches to guide clients' R&D directions.
