Main Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will be in charge of the following activities

• Develop and follow the development of prototypes coming from designer’s sketched both at internal structure and external vendors
• Manage fitting of prototypes and samples
• Manage the defect of prototypes and subsequent samples
• Follow pattern making at suppliers
• Follow the development of footwear moulds
• Knowledge of footwear pattern making, materials (leather and fabrics) and production processes both "lasting shoes" and "injected shoe"
• Manage BOM and datasheets
• (PLM)Collaborate with the product team in defining products
• Collaborate with the product team and vendors on materials & tentative cost definition
• Be proficient in timing efficiency, all stage of collection
• Work, collaborate and assist product team in the development of new products and affordable technical footwear development packages
• Maintain responsibility for staying current in product design and quality innovations Travel if necessary to Asia, Europe, suppliers, or other external events

Skills & Experiences

• Bachelor degree in industrial design or related field
• SHOEMASTER proficiency is a " need"
• Craftsmanship of footwear, cutting — bordering and lasting
• Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Computer hardware and software proficiency as it relates to specific work
• Fluent English Language
• Problem solving oriented
• Positive, proactive and flexible attitude
• Strong communication and relationship skills
• Teamworking oriented
• Habit to travel

Compensation & Classification

• Salary R ange: €35.000 - €45.000 RAL
• National Cont ract: CCNL Calzature - Industria
