We are currently looking for a skilled
Technical Product Developer – Protections
to join our Protections Department, taking on a pivotal role in our Product Development process.
This is a great opportunity for a dynamic, experienced, and technical Product Developer to work across several product categories, building on your skills and experience within a leading motorsports brand.
You will be responsible for managing the development process of protectors end-to-end, from design to production kick-off phase, making sure to keep the process on schedule.
Working cross-functionally, you will select new materials with the Designers, coordinating and maintaining material specifications so that they meet any needed both quality and performance standards.
Liaising closely with our suppliers, you will be communicating with them with regards to garment amendments as well as on 3D CAD modifications.
Working closely with our Testing Team, you will ensure that our products exceed set quality requirements.
You will also manage 3D CAD files, so to carry out feasibility analysis using either Catia and / or Rhinoceros.
A minimum of 5+ years’ experience in technical product development within the Sporting Goods industry.
Solid knowledge and previous working experience on CE certified safety devices.
Strong knowledge of technical sportswear and related technical materials such as plastics, thermoplastics, and composites.
Knowledge of MS Office package.
Good knowledge of Adobe Suite, particularly of Illustrator.
Good knowledge of CAD software such as Catia and / or Rhinoceros.
Fluency in English.
Availability to travel.
