Main ResponsibilitiesWithin the Operations Dept., the ideal candidate, reporting directly to the Production & Demand Planning Manager, will be in charge of managing the following activities:Purchase Orders entry on SAP system and sending to suppliers;
Management of necessary information for suppliers to execute the order (retrieval and sorting)Progress (production capacity) and order management check on SAP systemConstant relation with suppliers, management and solution of problems relating to the order itself;
Check and management of problems relating to production delays:Management of goods shipment from suppliers, dealing with the Logistics dept.Problems management with Sourcing dept.Management of issues relating to suppliers togheter with the Admin. Dept. (payments, deadlines, etc.)
Key RequirementsBechelor degree in Economics or equivalentAt least 2 years' experience in equivalent roleAnalytical and problem solving approachKnowledge of SAPFluent in EnglishStrong computing skills especially Word and ExcelProblem solving orientedPositive, proactive and flexible attitudeGood relationship skills & team - working oriented
Compensation & ClassificationSalary Range
: €28.000 - €33.000Collective Bargaining Agreement
