Currie & Brown is currently looking for a Project Manager specializing in due diligence.Your core duties will involve: Oversee and manage the due diligence process for all real estate acquisitions, ensuring that all aspects of the analysis are thoroughly examined Collect, review, and evaluate critical documents related to property management, including leases, property condition reports, property documents, environmental assessments, etc. Identify and assess potential risks related to real estate transactions, including legal, environmental, and operational risks, and recommend mitigation strategies Ensure deadlines are met and communication is clear and smooth between all parties involved. Be the main point of contact between the client and external consultants (surveyors, environmental engineers, surveyors, etc.)Prepare complete due diligence reports (technical, administrative, ESG and/or high level) also in coordination with other internal departments, for legal aspects or for the drafting of Capex Plans.What skills and attributes are we looking for from you:Technical delivery experience gained within the construction industryGood technical writing, client‑facing and communication skillsWell‑organised, diligent, proactive, assertive, well‑disciplined and commercially astuteA team player with a ‘can‑do’ attitude, outgoing, polite, patient, diplomatic, personable, respectful and flexible.BSc in construction management, architecture, building surveying or equivalent.Experience in the education sector environment would be advantageous.Experience of fit‑out projectsRisk management qualifications or experience
