In this role you drive the strategy for Property & Liability risk in the Italian market and serve as the main contact for selected agents within the Mid-Corporate team. You support the local strategy to hit Allianz Mid Corporate targets and collaborate with sales, claims and other product lines to enable cross-selling. You ensure underwriting discipline and governance while contributing to product development and new business acquisition. You will work in a cross-functional, international environment to shape risk strategy and market growth.Ensure underwriters comply with authority, pricing and rating guidelinesSteer and control the portfolio at local level to achieve financial targetsLiaise with functional areas to review end-to-end underwriting performanceCollaborate with Sales, Claims and other product lines to execute marketing strategies including cross-sellingMaintain underwriting consistency and adherence to corporate guidelines and regulatory frameworkSupport development and implementation of new or modified productsSupport acquisition of new business and retention (including agent/broker negotiations)Communicate local business strategy externallyMaster's degree in Engineering or Economics or Law9-15 years underwriting profitable Property (PD/BI and Theft) and Liability experience for Corporate ClientsPreference for experience with multinational clientsProven leadership skillsExpertise in risk assessment and policy administration lifecycleStrong pricing knowledge and market analysisIdeally experience in designing/implementing robust wordingsIdeally experience in driving underwriting projectsAbility to work in an international organizationFluency in Italian and English (written and spoken)Very good knowledge of Office 365 and other collaborative toolsIn this role you drive the strategy for Property & Liability risk in the Italian market and serve as the main contact for selected agent… #J-18808-Ljbffr
