Senior R&D Manager - Plastics & Recycling Materials

La Risorsa Umana, Employment Agency and Recruitment Company – CASTELFRANCO VENETO (TV) – for a well-established industrial company, part of an international group and leader in the plastics recycling sector, strongly oriented towards sustainability and innovation, is looking for: Senior R&D Manager – Plastics & Recycling Materials The selected candidate will play a key role in the Research & Development department, working within an international and structured environment, in close collaboration with both local teams and international headquarters.

Developing materials from recycled sources for customer applications Defining product formulations (recipes) and control plans Supporting the introduction of new raw materials and formulations into production Planning and running trials, including collaboration with partners and customers Working closely with international R&D teams Contributing to innovation and continuous improvement projects

At least 5 years of experience in a multinational company, preferably in the plastics industry (compounding and recycled materials) Degree in a technical field (Materials Engineering, Chemical Engineering or similar) Strong background in R&D and material development Fluent Italian and good command of English (both spoken and written – mandatory for international collaboration) Good knowledge of SAP and digital tools (Google Workspace is a plus)

Experience with automotive materials Knowledge of glass fiber reinforced materials Problem-solving and project management skills
