Maintenance Supervisor

We are looking for a talented and committed Fresh Graduate Engineer to play a Maintenance Supervisor role in one of our plants located in Turin – Mirafiori.

• Coordinate the maintenance team, ensuring production continuity with the highest level of safety, quality, costs and environment.
• Drive continuous improvement activities and ensure the highest skills development.
• Plan preventive and scheduled maintenance.
• Manage complex faults and analyze root causes.
• Monitor maintenance KPIs (faults, MTBF, costs).
• Report to the Area Manager of the Production Unit, managing a maintenance team.
• Work scheduled shifts: 6:00 am to 2:00 pm, 2:00 pm to 10:00 pm, or 10:00 pm to 6:00 am on alternate weeks, in accordance with the assigned production shift.
• Be willing to work 15, 18 or 20 shifts per week, totaling 40 hours per week, with days off on a rotation basis.

• Master’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electronics Engineering, Automotive Engineering or Management Engineering).
• 1‑2 years of experience in specific or similar roles in a manufacturing plant is a plus.
• Fluency in English (minimum B2 level).
