Mechatronic Project Leader: End-to-End System Architect

Technogym is seeking a Mechatronic/Electronic Project Leader to drive end-to-end development, validation and industrialization of mechatronic and electronic systems. You will lead cross-functional teams, coordinate international OEM suppliers, and ensure on-time, cost-efficient delivery. The role defines architectures, oversees hardware-software-mechanics integration, and supports risk mitigation and continuous improvement, bridging R&D and manufacturing to scale Technogym’s health tech.
