Responsibilities
Lead and support Full Stack Development and Quality Assurance teams, ensuring quality, scalability, and user experience of e‑health solutions.
Provide technical leadership for the Intermedix and the KONA/Atlas portfolio, driving the technical roadmap together with the local product organization.
Guide a cross‑functional team, raising the technical bar and aligning architecture, quality, and delivery practices with group‑wide standards.
Drive AI‑native product evolution – design agents, skills and workflows that improve clinician and patient experience.
Act as a bridge between the Italian team and the wider AIS DE engineering organization, ensuring strong collaboration, knowledge sharing and consistency.
Coach and mentor engineers, building a strong, proactive engineering culture.
Qualifications
Several years of senior‑level engineering experience in modern Web/SaaS applications with proven technical leadership.
Solid command of modern Web stacks and cloud/DevOps practices.
Experience effectively using AI in software engineering; hands‑on experience with Claude Code (agents, skills, workflows) preferred; AI pipelines, harnesses and context engineering a strong plus.
Strong problem solving, innovation, proactivity, healthcare‑purpose alignment and entrepreneurship.
Fluent English; preferably based in Italy. German appreciated.
