Innovation, continuous research, digital industry and sustainability are the pillars of its business worldwide.Within the Service BU of Leonardo Aeronautica, specifically in the Quality, Governance & Change Management organizational unit, we are looking for a **System Quality** for our Venegono Superiore office.Main activities:* Monitor training activities provided by the Organizational Unit, verifying their compliance with current regulations and company procedures; * Collaborate in the development and implementation of corrective actions to prevent the recurrence of non-conformities identified by auditing activities; * Update and control procedures and documents relating to the U.O.'s quality system in compliance with applicable regulations and required standards; * Monitor end-of-course feedback and identify improvement opportunities based on attendees' comments; * Collaborate with theTraining Quality Manager and the Training School Administration in planning activities to maintain the currency of personnel holding qualifications subject to expiry; * Participate in the preparation of internal and external Audits, providing contributions within one's own competence; * Provide the Audit Team with the requested support within one's own competence; * Support the processes of obtaining, issuing, and maintaining the qualifications, certifications, and licenses of the U.O.'s Instructor, Examiner, Assessor, Ground Crew, and Aircrew personnel.**Educational qualification:** High school diploma.**Seniority:** Junior**Technical knowledge and skills:*** Generic knowledge of aeronautical regulations; * Generic knowledge ofquality management system regulations.**Behavioral skills:*** Ability to work in a team; * Organizational and coordination skills; * Problem solving and results orientation; * Flexibility;**Language skills:*** Basic knowledge of English language, level B1.**Computer skills:*** Good knowledge of the Office package.**Other:**Willingness to travel nationally.Working with us, you will constantly face the challenges of high technology, increase your skills and build a professional career of excellence.**Seniority:** Junior**Primary Location:** IT - Venegono Superiore**Contract Type:** Permanent**Hybrid Working:** On-site
