Job Description The FP&A Analyst will be a vital member of the Operation Finance Team, assisting the Senior Manager, Operations Finance Europe in planning, tracking, analyzing and achieving business results. This role teams up with the Senior Manager, Site Leaders, the Internal Reporting Team, with SG&A’s functions Leaders and other FP&A Analysts. Essential Functions Closing tasks related to inventory reserves, statistical key figures update, other adjustments to accurately reflect costs and assets. Analysis of costs/assets and verification of correctness of P&L and BS for assigned countries. Reporting and analysis for assigned countries: site management reviews, manufacturing costs, SG&A costs, Capex expenses, auditor documentation, other business meetings. Support Budget and Forecast for manufacturing; financial validation of productivity projects; proper financial planning and control of CAPEX. Making fact-based decisions: gather and use analytics to support decisions. Qualifications Knowledge, Education, Skills & Qualifications Master’s degree in Business and Administration (or similar). Advanced Microsoft Excel modeling capabilities (pivot tables, filters, SAP data). Detail-oriented with strong verbal and written communication skills. Business acumen and ability to suggest and evaluate action plans. Ability to analyze and summarize complex data. Strong sense of ownership, proactive in identifying process and tool improvements. Analytical and problem‑solving attitude. Ability to handle multiple tasks and consistently meet deadlines in a dynamic environment. Good interpersonal skills with ability to interact effectively with different representatives. Fluent in English. Flexible attitude with focus on reliability. Team player who interacts effectively with cross‑functional teams. Preferred Requirements 2–5 years of experience in an FP&A position. Experience in financial reporting, management reporting, budgeting and forecasting. Experience with SAP or other ERP. Mobility Requirements 20% of working time may require travel.
