Proptivity is one of Europe’s leading providers of high-performance mobile connectivity inside commercial buildings. We work with property owners to ensure their buildings are ready for a mobile-first world, where tenants, visitors and devices expect seamless coverage everywhere.
As we expand across Europe, we are now looking for a
commercially driven Country Manager
to build and grow our business in Italy.
About the role This is not a traditional Country Manager role focused on managing an existing organisation.
This is a
hands-on commercial role , where you will personally drive deals from first meeting to signed agreement, focused on building Proptivity’s presence in Italy from the ground up and turning opportunities into signed business.
Main responsibilities are to build relationships and business with commercial real-estate market, such as property owners, -developers, -managers and in some cases also tenants.
You will define how we approach the market, open key relationships and
personally drive deals forward . From first contact and meetings, to proposals, negotiations and closing.
You will operate in a lean setup with strong support from the central team, but with clear responsibility for making things happen locally.
This role requires someone who combines
a strong network and seniority with a very clear execution mindset .
What you’ll do
Build and drive Proptivity’s commercial business in Italy
Establish relationships with property owners, developers, asset managers and other key decision-makers
Personally drive high-value, complex sales processes from first contact through to signed agreements
Prepare and present proposals, business cases and commercial offers to clients
Develop and manage relationships with mobile operators , ensuring alignment and support for deployments
Position Proptivity as a trusted partner for improving building performance and tenant experience
Identify priority segments, opportunities and partnerships in the Italian market
Represent Proptivity in the real estate and telecom ecosystem, building long-term credibility
Over time, build and lead a local team
Who you are
A senior commercial profile with strong experience in the Italian commercial real estate market
Well-connected, with an established network among property owners, developers and investors
Proven ability to originate and close complex, high-value deals
Strong commercial drive and ownership mindset, with a track record of getting deals done
Hands-on and execution-focused, comfortable personally driving opportunities forward
Comfortable working in a lean environment, without relying on large internal support teams
Able to navigate both real estate stakeholders and mobile operators
Entrepreneurial mindset, comfortable building something from scratch
Fluent in Italian and English
