Role overview
As a Country Sales Manager, you will drive sales growth and business expansion for our innovative heart valve portfolio. You will partner with China based Teams, Field Clinical Specialists, and cross-functional leaders to deliver comprehensive clinical and technical guidance, enabling physicians and care teams to achieve expert proficiency with our devices and deliver exceptional patient outcomes
Success in this role requires advanced expertise in interventional cardiology, proven sales leadership, deep technical knowledge, business acumen, and the ability to build trust, loyalty, and respect across internal and external stakeholder
