A protagonist of major global strategic programs, it is a technological and industrial partner of Governments, Defense Administrations, Institutions and companies.JOB TITLEWithin the Industrial Operations area, we are looking for a Method Engineer for our Vergiate (VA) office.The Method Engineer is responsible for drafting, in accordance with the project technical documentation and applicable standards, the production documentation (methods and work cycles) to provide operators, based on their area of expertise, with instructions for the activities of: assembly of assemblies, sub-assemblies and components, assembly.Electrical method engineers, where required, may be involved in defining and compiling the documentation necessary for the execution of the First Article Inspection.The Method Engineer also supports Production in carrying out the activities falling within their sphere of competence, in clarifying and improving the instructions issued and in resolving non-conformities and deviations that emerged during operational activity.**PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES****Planning of the assembly method*** generate methods, production bills and work cycles, in descriptive and graphic form, starting from the drawings and applicable specifications (translation of technical data into work instructions), updating them in relation to technical changes, design, production needs or technological improvements; * prepare, according to the area of competence, the construction method for assemblies and sub-assemblies, assembly, and any revision thereof, using different IT systems connected with the Technical department, with company systems (SAP) and with departmental systems; * improve and/or solveany problems related to the operational cycle (e.G. modification to the sequence, to the general structure of the cycle itself, etc.); * carry out the analysis and drafting of design change requests (C.R.).**Specific activities of the electrical method engineer:*** determine the execution times of activities according to criteria of maximum efficiency and productivity; * manage production documentation for suppliers, supporting them in the correct interpretation of work cycles and production details; * support, where necessary, the tooling function in implementing requests for the creation and/or modification of equipment impacting the method.* carry out the analysis of non-conformity reports (QN, etc.) in order to provide a production document covering the applicable and approved technical solution, if available, or support the DO in providing an approved disposition; * support Production in carrying out the related activities, in clarifying and improving the instructions issued and in resolving non-conformities that emerged during the activity itself.**Requirements**Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Engineering/Technical High School DiplomaSeniorityJunior: 1 - 3 years of experienceRegardless of the specificity of Know-how related to the different areas of activity, must possess knowledge relating to:* Components and parts of a Helicopter* Specific technical documentation* Sector regulations (specific ISO standards, Easa, Enac, safety, quality, etc.)Behavioral skills:ability to take on responsibilities;
