Experteer Overview
In this role you will lead the design, modification and construction of test benches for helicopter transmissions and mechanical components, coordinating a technical team and external suppliers. You will ensure multidisciplinary technical compliance across mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and automation systems and provide support through installation, testing and continuous improvement. You will align design and fabrication with safety, quality and schedule requirements while collaborating with cross-functional colleagues. This is a chance to impact test capability development within a major aerospace programs context.

Promote technological improvements of test benches
Coordinate internal and external resources to meet project milestones
Supervise detailed design with external suppliers and ensure alignment with internal functions
Ensure compliance with technical, quality, regulatory and safety standards across all phases
Manage project documentation and contractor activities for technical compliance
Oversee construction and commissioning, resolving technical issues and ensuring contractual adherence and quality
Responsabilità
Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
At least 5 years of experience in design and construction of test benches and/or complex industrial systems
Experience in technical coordination of internal resources and external suppliers
Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and industrial automation systems
Knowledge of machinery safety requirements and applicable regulations
Strong planning, problem-solving and multidisciplinary coordination skills
Ability to manage priorities and achieve project objectives
Excellent English skills (B2/C1)
