The Customer Support Services & Training area is looking for a Structural Analyst for our office in Cascina Costa (VA).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, create and deliver static and dynamic analysis & test activities, including airworthiness compliance documentation.
• Collaborate with Design, Analysis, Certification, Qualification, and Manufacturing teams throughout the development cycle.
• Support the UK and Italian geographies on a wide product range, from conventional helicopters to tilt rotors and unmanned air systems.
• Work at a junior level within the structural team, reinforcing area capability and growth.

Requirements

• Master’s Degree in Mechanical or Aeronautical Engineering.
• 1–3 years of experience in structural integrity analyses involving modelling, static, fatigue, dynamic and damage tolerance analysis.
• Proficiency with MSC NASTRAN and, preferably, Altair HyperMesh or Patran.
• Basic knowledge of CAD tools such as CATIA.
• Good interpersonal, communication and team‑working skills.
• English language knowledge at B1/B2 level.
• Strong problem‑solving orientation.
