Experteer Overview
As Site GOBS Leader at Grünenthal, you will steer the Global Operations Business System at site level, reporting to Site Leadership. You’ll lead the transformation, building capabilities, mindsets, and leadership behaviours to sustain performance and continuous improvement. You will define and execute the site’s Operational Excellence strategy, align it with the company vision, and serve as a trusted right-hand partner to the Site Director. You’ll drive KPI improvements, develop a strong OPEX talent pipeline, and spread best practices globally to elevate site maturity and impact.

- Lead transformation of the Global Operations Business System at site level
- Develop and implement the Operational Excellence strategy aligned with the company vision
- Define and execute the roadmap for excellence, governance, and priorities with Site Leadership
- Drive continuous improvement, Losses Intelligence, and saving initiatives pipeline
- Lead and develop a team of OPEX specialists
- Build OPEX capability pipeline and coach leaders in servant leadership and GOBS
- Drive breakthrough initiatives (e.g., TPM) and improve site KPI dashboards year over year
- Spread best practices globally and integrate external benchmarks
- Lead GOBS foundations: maturity assessments, strategic deployment, knowledge management, and GOBS Academy
Responsabilità
- Operational Excellence leader with manufacturing experience (pharma/FMCG preferred)
- Strong background in Lean / TPM / Six Sigma and transformation programs
- Natural coach and influencer with ability to engage leaders across functions
- Strategic, curious, business-driven with a passion for developing people
- Fluent in Business English and Italian; other European language beneficial
