Experteer OverviewAs Site GOBS Leader at Grünenthal, you will steer the Global Operations Business System at site level, reporting to Site Leadership. You’ll lead the transformation, building capabilities, mindsets, and leadership behaviours to sustain performance and continuous improvement. You will define and execute the site’s Operational Excellence strategy, align it with the company vision, and serve as a trusted right-hand partner to the Site Director.
