Lindt & Sprüngli S.p.A. is looking for a Senior Regional Health & Safety Manager in Induno Olona to spearhead the Group's Health & Safety initiatives across Europe. This role demands strong technical acumen and the ability to influence diverse senior stakeholders while fostering a culture of safety. The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of experience in Health & Safety within manufacturing sectors, demonstrating the capacity to lead transformation programs and engagement at all levels. Fluent English is required, and knowledge of Italian, German, or French is preferred.
